Harvey Relief

On August 25, 2017, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in the Texas Coastal Bend. Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Islanders are committed to helping with the cleanup and recovery efforts in our neighboring communities. If you would like to help with those efforts, the following organizations are accepting volunteers and donations.  

Coastal Bend Community Foundation 

  • What they need: Donations
  • How: Coastal Bend Disaster Recovery Group established a fund with the Foundation to accept charitable donations and distribute recovery grants for the benefit of our seven-county region (Aransas, Bee, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio, and San Patricio) in the event of such a natural disaster. You may donate directly to this recovery effort by clicking here.
